Complete the form with the following information:
- Monogram/Text: Write your monogram or text. Please check spelling and make sure you write the monogram in the exact order you wish it to appear.
- Thread Color: Select your thread color from the options listed. For some monogram/text, you have the option to pick more than one color.
- Embroidery Locations: Please let us know where you would like the embroidery to be placed. It is helpful if you are providing your own item, you mark the location yourself before dropoff with a pin or tape.
- Type of Item: Please list the type of item (e.g., backpack, lunch bag, stocking, etc.).
- Are you providing your own item: If the answer is yes, please select that and you will then be instructed with how to make an appointment with us to drop off your item. Please do not come to our location without an approved appointment.
- Would you like a proof: Please let us know if you would like a proof of your design before we embroider your item. You can choose to waive this and we will move forward without you seeing a proof.
- Note about order: Add any notes you would like to let us know about your order here.

Checkout: Please fill out the payment and contact information. If you are local, you can choose to have your item picked up once it is completed for free. If you wish to have it shipped to you, please select the shipping method that works for you.
Once everything is good, you may check out and payment will be processed.

- We can embroider on a wide variety of items, but please contact us if you have any questions about whether or not we can embroider on a specific item.
- If you are providing your own item, please make sure it is clean and free of any debris.
- If you are requesting a proof, please be aware that it may add some time to the production process.
- We strive to complete all orders within 5-7 business days, but please allow for additional time during peak season.
